Boiling tea with hot water until the water change into thick liquid and having bitter taste. Don’t use sugar or anything to mix with this liquid, but add lemon to mix with it. Drink this recipe twice a day, a glass for morning and a glass for evening.Discipline to do sport or you can jog or light sport at least 30 minutes.

Don’t drink too much water; try to drink 8 glasses a day.
